Every repiping project begins with an initial consultation. Whether we are repiping a multi-family residential building or a commercial structure, we first meet with you to diagnose your building’s plumbing problems and discuss possible solutions.

- Piping System Plan Design
Based on our initial consultation, our engineers design an efficient new water pipe system for your building. We use only high-quality certified plumbing materials, such as Uponor PEX-A, stainless steel, or type ‘K’ copper pipes as part of the piping design.

- Plumbing & Building Permit Applications
We obtain the necessary permits from the city or municipality.

- Stakeholder Information Sessions
We hold information sessions for building residents. Stakeholders are briefed on the project, introduced to our staff, and have an opportunity to ask questions. Residents are thoroughly informed of the procedures and timelines before any work takes place.

- Notice of Entry
All residents are given advance notice when entry into their suite is required, along with a detailed summary of the work to be performed. We provide regular progress reports and keep all residents clearly informed throughout the duration of the project.

- Repiping Work
Once we begin repiping, we typically start in the common areas before moving to individual units, offices, or rooms. Our team cuts drywall, removes old pipes, installs new pipes, and then refinishes all walls to their original state.

- Water Shut Offs
We minimize the number of water shut-offs and give residents ample notice of water supply interruptions. Although water may be turned off at a scheduled point during the day, we always ensure that water is fully turned back on at the end of each workday.

- Tenant Improvements & Building Upgrades
We can facilitate additional building upgrades concurrently with the plumbing work. It is more convenient and cost-effective to complete building upgrades and tenant improvements during the re-piping process.

- System Testing
We conduct comprehensive testing of the new piping to ensure that the new system is operating according to specifications.
- Inspection Report
Upon completion of the repiping project, we provide copies of the as-built drawings and inspection reports to the building owner and management. We provide a complete briefing on the operation of the new piping system.
